Carolyn Posner is an M.A. candidate in International Affairs at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. After receiving a B.A. in History from Wellesley College, she worked as a Coordinator of International Affairs through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program. Carolyn’s academic interests include regional conflict in East Asia and energy security.
